After a much-needed period of stepping back, resting, healing and simply listening to what my own body and soul needed… I’m so happy to finally be able to say:
The Soul Centred Sessions are coming back. ✨️🥹💚
These sessions have always been about creating a little pocket of space in the week to pause.
To breathe.
To come back into your body.
To quieten the noise.
To reconnect with yourself, your intuition and your spiritual support.
And, perhaps most importantly, to remember that you don’t have to navigate everything alone. 🫶
Taking this unexpected hiatus has reminded me just how important that space is — not only for the people who come along, but for me too.
So I’m returning to these sessions with a slightly different perspective… and a very full heart.
🌙 Soul Centred Sessions
✨ Gentle guided meditation;
✨ Grounding & nervous system reset;
✨ Energetic cleansing and protection;
✨ Connection with Spirit & your spiritual support;
✨ Space for reflection, presence and simply being;
✨️ An opportunity to send light, healing & harmonious vibes down into the Earth & Out to the World.
And as always, these sessions are designed to be accessible and welcoming — whether you’re deeply immersed in your spiritual journey or simply curious and looking for somewhere to exhale.
Our first session back will be Wednesday 2nd September at 9pm (GMT) on Zoom 🌿 And the replay will be available to all of those who can't make it live.
You can join via the monthly membership (http://www.thehollygrove.co.uk/thesoulcentredglade-about) or pay per session (http://paypal.me/hollycharles) (which is pick-what-you-pay to make it accessible to all who feel called).
I would absolutely LOVE to see some familiar faces, welcome some new ones, and gather together again in our little corner of the spiritual community.
After being away for a while, coming back to this feels rather special. 💚
So… shall we gather again?
Comment below or reach out for more info or to book your space.
With love, Holly 🌿
